Tricia Schafer has lived in Arizona since 1997. Over time, Tricia and her family have fallen in love with the area, and have come to own three homes on 77th Place. They rent 6114 from its longtime owners (who love it too much to sell it), and sublease it with the owners’ permission. Tricia’s long-term unfurnished rental, the Quiet Collaborative, is two doors down.
Our street has a mix of empty-nesters, young families, home-based businesspeople, as well as visiting friends, family, and clients.
Out of respect for our neighboring homeowners, 6111 and 6114 N 77th Place have the following non-negotiable policies: No smoking inside or outside. No audible car-locking/beeping. No excessive dog-barking or other noise nuisances.
Well-behaved pets (no more than 2 per house) with responsible owners are welcome.
